When any new project is undertaken, the work processes and development schedules were initially mapped out using an industry standard project management tool. We found that many clients found the available Project Management tools too difficult to use and follow, so we built our own.
The Bannerman Technology Project manager is now a staple in the development cycle of all our projects, and keeps our clients up to date with every development to their bespoke technology build.
